Terms and Conditions

1. The terms relate to Heaton Education, Glydegate, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD1 0BQ, England.

2. The following cancellation/postponement terms apply:

  • The delegate or his/her sponsor has informed Heaton Education 21 working days before commencement of the course date: 25% of course fee as administration charge.
  • Refused entry or a Visa to enter the United Kingdom, - 50% of course fee as administration charge. Provided the following conditions are met:
  • The delegate has not yet entered the United Kingdom.
  • Heaton Education is provided with a copy of the letter, issued by the British High Commission/Embassy, confirming the refusal of the Visa application.
  • Delegates who are late in starting their course or have been absent or not attending all their modules will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of tuition fees.

3. In the unlikely event of not being able to provide the course (for example, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances), we will endeavour to reschedule the course at a mutually convenient date. We will not be liable for any loss or expenses as a result. We do not accept any liability for consequential or economic loss.

4. Courses with fewer than twelve delegates attending may be rescheduled.

5. Course content might vary from published contents. We will however always aim for full client satisfaction in training and consultation services.

6. All course materials are copyright and intellectual property of Heaton Education.

7. The delegate or their sponsor agrees not to directly or indirectly offer employment or hire or seek to entice away any of our employees or consultants.

8. The Laws of England & Wales shall apply to the contract.

9. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
