Basin Analysis The course aims to cover theories, methods & practice to develop & optimize basin evaluation & modelling techniques by analysing different basin types. Participants would be able to construct & interpret geo-history Subsidence curves using computer software for basin modelling. The course will also include a rigorous geophysical-petrophysical workshop for sequence Stratigraphy, reservoir characterization & development geology.

Gas Reservoir Management Developing broader understanding of the engineering features on gas reservoir management, together with sound engineering practices in order to maximize gas reservoir value. Full spectrums of gas reservoir engineering techniques are considered & their application to a variety of options is discussed.

This course provides techniques of economic analysis in the oil & gas industry, such as a field development by providing you with the key skills and competencies, to make informed decisions of appraising investment opportunities by determining economic indicators and sensitivity analysis. Techniques for predicting profit, production, costs, and cash flow to enable the analyst to evaluate decision alternatives for optimum results. Understanding economic indicators, risk and uncertainty, different economic structures such as tax regimes and production sharing contracts, enhances the quality and the value of economic analysis.
